Who We Are

We are a group of residents of Blaine and Birch Bay,  concerned that haphazard development will have a large negative impact on the quality of life in West Blaine and Birch Bay.  Our goal is to have the Blaine City Council and the Whatcom County Council have the necessary studies conducted to assess the full impact of the Semiahmoo Highlands proposed development and to require the right mitigation to be done by the developers.
